Headshot Sessions by the Look
Regular headshot sessions are priced per look—that is, per wardrobe change.
Hair and makeup changes are welcome between looks, and is actually highly recommended for the best results! I work with some of the best artists in Nashville and am happy to make recommendations or book one for you.
You also have the option to add PR or editorial-style images for your website, social platforms, and other publicity needs.
Each look includes two hi-res retouched images of your choice.

Deposit & Balance
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your session date and time. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your total. The remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot.
Booking deposit may be paid online at the time of scheduling. Acceptable forms of payment at session are: Cash, Check, Credit Card, or Venmo. Please call prior to scheduling to make other arrangements.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens—we get it. Here's how rescheduling works:
Reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours in advance
Reschedules within 24 hours are subject to a $100 rescheduling fee
If you miss your appointment or cancel without rescheduling in time, your deposit will be forfeited
If the rescheduling fee is paid, your deposit may be carried over—as long as your session is rebooked and completed within 14 days of the original appointment.
Hair & Makeup Artists
Hair and makeup services are highly recommended for best results. I work with some of the best artists in Nashville and am happy to recommend or book one for you.
Hair & makeup artist fees are paid separately on the day of the shoot (cash or Venmo preferred).
Image Use & Copyright
Your session includes non-commercial usage rights for self-promotion—perfect for IMDb, agency submissions, websites, social media, and press coverage.
All images remain the property of Kris Rae Photography LLC. For commercial use (such as advertising, album covers, book jackets, product packaging, or branded campaigns), please contact me for a licensing quote.
